I had the one hour trauma release massage and can sincerely recommend it. Louiza is ainstinctive and highly skilled masseuse. Great communication throughout. The massage was a little painful at times but it released a lot of built-upp tension which is exactly what I wanted.

Yullia was very professional, friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The room and music were lovely, very calming. The bed was warm and comforting. I loved the scents of the essential oils, and her massage techniques. I felt so relaxed and centered in the end.
