Matt was really professional and welcoming. The cut was exactly how I wanted it to be. Even the length was perfect. Although I would have liked it if my hair was set nicely after the cut. Blow dry and everything was satisfying and good. But I did not get the saloon feeling (assuming that’s one of the reason women come to a saloon…). I came back home and set my little bang cuts better actually 😅😅😅 I appreciate the time and effort. Thank you so much.

I've always walked past the salon and never thought of popping in until I need a trim real fast. On my arrival I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff member, my wait time only felt like 5 mins, I was then greeted and serviced by a lovely lady by the name of Emily. Who did wonderful job at washing and trimming my hair. The one thing I loved most was the blow drying, Emily took her time in sectioning and blow drying my hair due to having Caribbean textured hair. I will ber rebooking again in the future.

I booked with Lera for a wash, cut and blowdry, supervised by senior stylist Demi. I was delighted with my hair at the end of the appointment - it was exactly what I wanted. The customer service was excellent and Lera was super friendly and made me feel at ease very quickly. Especially as Lera is an older apprentice, this felt like an absolute bargain and I’ll definitely be back! 100% would recommend.

I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Tom really listened to my concerns and came up with a great suggestion to slightly change my hairstyle. He then, as always, did a fantastic cut & blow-dry.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Everything was perfect from the ethos at the salon and the comfortable environment they’ve curated to the cut itself. Connor is amazing and made me feel confident throughout the appointment. It’s the best cut and blow dry I think I have ever had so it’s safe to say I will be a regular client.
