I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Shima did an amazing job with my haircut. After I explained my request, he quickly understood and even found a matching reference picture. He worked efficiently, and the result suited me perfectly. At the end, he applied some hair wax and styled it a bit, which was a nice touch. This is the best haircut I’ve had in Vancouver, and both I and my family think it looks great!

Loved my eyelashes done by Saeko. She’s very patient, gentle, and holds expertise in eyelash extensions. My hair was also cut and styled by Yuki, which was also awesome. I’m glad I’ve got my eyelashes and haircut done in I’s Hair Salon by those two ladies. Would recommend to anybody looking for Japanese eyelash extension/lift and hair salon!

Amazing experience for my first time at this salon. Mii was so kind and listened to all of my requests. She blended my layers beautifully and made sure not to cut too much off since I expressed wanting to pull my hair up in a ponytail. I really appreciate the attention to detail!

I really loved my haircut by Kana. I didn't have a specific hairstyle in mind but offered some general guidelines and Kana pulled up some examples for me to pick from. I loved the results and will definitely be going back!

The gel mani/pedi here is amazing and exactly what I needed for a wedding that I was attending the following day. I'm usually very picky but Gillian and Angelina did an amazing job and were both so sweet. I'm removing one star for my blowout with Kana, which left my hair puffy, dull, and frizzy. She used a paddle brush instead of a round brush to blow out my hair and while she tried to give me some extra curls at the end, this combo absolutely did not work for my hair. I would have spoken up earlier had I realized she was using the paddle brush for the full blowout and not just to rough dry.
