It is the smallest things that make the most impact. The fact that Latoya remembers we are human not just a client and her spirit touches each one. Just today this was in action with a simple I will spray the hair with product for you. This client had come back just to ask what products should she buy and with a small mention of her hair being a little dry the response was a simple met me spray it before you leave. Humanity in action!
