I had a really lovely wash and blow-dry with this young hairdresser. She may be early in her career, but she was attentive, and clearly cared about doing a great job. She listened to what I wanted, took her time, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My hair felt clean, smooth, and nicely styled by the end. She has a great attitude and a lot of potential — with more experience she’s going to be fantastic. I’d happily book with her again.

This is my 2nd time here at Stefanie Napoleone Hair, I come up from Canberra and I have left the salon absolutely amazed once again. Kaitlyn is just lovely and is 10/10 at her job. Good conversation, amazing at doing my hair. I have curly islander hair and have been so hesitant about going anywhere. Until I came across this salon. I can’t recommend it enough. I came into Jojo’s Hair Studio to make an appointment for a haircut and was offered a same-day appointment. Just enough time to have a brunch before my appointment 😃 My hairstylist listened to me explaining how I wanted my hair styled and checked-in with me during the hair cut to make sure I was happy with the length. She was very professional and very sociable. I’m pleased with my pixie cut and am happy to give a five star review.

Staff members were lovely. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because $85 for a wash abs blowdry for hair that is just past my shoulders is VERY expensive. I’m sorry but I need to be honest.
