Even though this isn’t my first time doing Ice Point hair removal, the experience was absolutely amazing! It was my first time getting it done by Chiawen, and I am totally in love with her service. She is not only highly efficient but also incredibly patient. She treated every single area with so much care and double-checked everything—never rushing or cutting corners. Megumi is always so friendly and helpful when considering my hair removal needs. She makes sure I get the best treatments for what I want and ensures that I’m comfortable during the procedure. She’s also very cute and nice to chat with! The place itself is super convenient right outside Clarke Quay MRT, and very clean.

Xinyi always makes me feel super comfortable during my facials. She offers great advice for treatment options as I am currently on Accutane. I always feel that I am in such great hands with her :)

Always looking forward to going to Lapis whitening. Especially with the new massage service while getting my teeth whitened. Great customer service and experience.
