Proffesional, clean, and probably the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. She really concentrates on those problem areas and tackles them from multiple angles. Two weeks after my initial consultation and treatment with Naomi and I’m still pain free!, after suffering a shoulder problem for a couple of years. Today’s follow up appointment addressed another niggle I’ve been having with a thorough treatment where I gained so much more range of motion, I’m surprised and very happy with the results. Also, my Oura ring recorded what it thought was a yoga session. 😄 which is proof of how pleasant the experience was!! Also, I have to add the clinic is beautifully presented, you’re super relaxed as soon as you enter.

Jordan was fantastic, first appointment and he gave a detailed explanation of my symptoms, and managed to alleviate some of the pain in the first appointment. Would definitely recommend, excellent friendly staff throughout.

I booked an appointment with Naomi for an issue I’ve had for a few years and within one session she had ruled out possible causes until she pinpointed the issue and also treated me, which relieved some of the pain straight away. Naomi was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable straight away. She was very knowledgable and answered every question in detail. My only regret is not booking sooner.

I had my first massage with Faith today and it was amazing! I didn’t realise how much tension I had in my upper back until after the massage! Faith was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be booking in again!

Today I had my first appt with Naomi (physio) and she was excellent. She freed some of the tightness in my lips and back and improved my movement. She was also very professional, friendly and encouraging. Happy to recommend her to anyone needing a good physio.
