She really listened during the consultation and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling incredibly relaxed, with all the tension gone. I messaged Meg at 5pm with extremely painful sciatica pain in my lower back and she managed to squeeze me into a last minute cancellation with Bethan at 7pm who did an amazing job loosening the muscles around my lower back giving me some relief and also gave me some stretches and exercises to do at home to help it further. I’ve always experienced amazing results with Meg so trusted anyone she put me with, I’d be in good hands!

Finally meet someone that has alot of knowledge on the things that we dont get told about and that I also love to talk about. Lucy gave the best neck shoulder back massage for my problems around the base of my skull. Lucy was attentive gentle but firm and checked regularly I was ok. Highly recommend any one to go with muscular skeletal pain. Thank you x

Excellent full body MOT helped me feel confident about healing from my current leg injury. I'm new to having needles poked in my knee and it felt a bit weird but I'm hopeful it will help the healing process. Lauren was friendly and knowledgeable and I'd be confident booking at TAP again.

Brilliant experience. I was in so much pain with muscle tension and Sian was so kind and empathetic. Lovely venue too, so relaxing. I feel so much better. I rebooked as soon as I got home!

Amazing! So worth a visit, the staff at Balm were really helpful, and Emma is a great therapist too. She was super helpful when I had an awkward pain in the rib owing to my pregnancy and she helped me to get comfortable in a supported position with cushions so I could still enjoy a massage. I haven't been that level of relaxed in a long time, it was just what I need. Highly recommend.

Had Achilles tendon pain lately caused by running and getting old. Bethan's sports massage has eased the pain. She strapped the injury brilliantly and has given me a new programme to work on. She is always really knowledgeable, is able to get to the cause of the problem(s) and is super-friendly.

Bethan is superb. I hurt my Achilles/calf running. She targeted my calves and has given me different exercises to try out. I came away feeling a lot better today and not hobbling. I’ve been to TAP for most of this year, originally with back pain. Bethan has helped me keep playing sport even though I’m getting too old. She knows her stuff and is always really friendly. Highly recommended for people who are active and want to keep training regularly.

Just what I needed to help with my pains in my arm and neck. Whilst I was sore afterwards the work that Stephen did has made a difference already, just need to make sure I do my exercises he recommended. If you are in any pain then do not hesitate to make an appointment.

Lucy is a highly experienced masseur and listened carefully to my reasons for having a massage. The massage was a perfect pressure and very precise. I left feeling on top of the world and a severe pain has completely disappeared. I will be returning.

Jewels manages to make me feel whole again. Ironed out, everything back to where it should be, my system working as one once more :) Her hands are magic as she instinctively knows where the worst areas are. These sessions are a necessity for me as I live with Fibromyalgia. Due to the pain and oversensitivity, my treatment needs to be careful and considered. Jewels works with my body - gently teasing out and stretching the muscles. Thanks to Jewels, I am able to function and actually enjoy my life xx I cannot recommend her highly enough.
