I've seen Neil a number of times now and cannot fault his treatments. The room is relaxing, tidy and clean and Neilis a really polite friendly guy and always explains the treatments well. I've seen a significant reduction in leg pain since visiting Neil, so I fully recommend his treatments.

Booked a rare last minute treatment with Steph, as I woke up in a lot of pain. She concentrated on the specific area of my back, providing firm pressure but being careful not to cause further discomfort. As always, left feeling totally relaxed.

I have been going to see Stephanie at Apple yard for around 12 months now , initially with lower back pain, which needless to say has improved 100% since going. The treatments Stephanie provides , her knowledge and expertise .. is just second to none ! Today I experienced a soul retreat .. it was totally amazing ... Life can be so stressful sometimes, I'm so grateful to Stephanie for the massages, the nada, the re balancing through reiki .. just a total godsend ! Thankyou 🙏
