I asked Lisa to help alleviate a bad bout of hayfever that I was experiencing. She very quickly and professionally had my lying down with acupuncture needles in areas that helped almost immediately I have to say! I woke up the following morning with no symptoms and that has continued since. This is a must for hayfever sufferers to have regularly over the season to help normal life resume!

Made completely at ease, room warm and inviting. Chose acupuncture and massage. Both were effective and left feeling relaxed and shoulders pain free. Will be back for more! Very knowledgeable and experienced therapist

Nicki made things super comfortable and calm. I came in for a deep tissue back massage because of some back pain I've been having recently. Visited Lisa with problems with my achilles tendon and my knee. After a session of acupuncture they certainly feel a lot more free moving and am no longer needing to take pain killers

My second acupuncture facial with Hayley, it was even better than the first time. Who knew that lying there with a face full of needles, whilst having your stomach massaged could be so relaxing. Loved every minute, amazing as usual Hayley. Thank you xxx

I started going to see Lisa due to pains in my joints and I didn't want to pop pain killers everyday. I've just finished my 2nd acupuncture treatment along with a back massage and cupping and I feel like a million dollars! Since my 1st treatment a few weeks ago, my joint pain is already less frequent and much less painful if it does flare up... Which is definitely progress. I no longer use pain killers for joint pain either. I highly recommend Lisa, she's truly amazing!

Hayley is the best there is. She has helped me so much whilst I have been struggling with endometriosis. She is so knowledgeable, explains everything she is doing and the reasons why. She is kind and goes out of her way for you. Every treatment I have had has been the best. I cannot recommend Hayley highly enough. If you feel like a massage, reiiki, acupuncture, but are a bit weary as you may not know much about it, give it a go. I would have been constantly in bed for the past 10 months if it wasn't for Hayley. I was in so much pain. She has been my saviour 😊 Thank you Hayley, so much. X

I’ve been in so much pain over ‘lock down’ with Plantar fasciitis and as soon as I could I had an acupuncture session with Lisa. I could feel the benefits straight away, it’s part of the treatment plan to help it, I’m so happy I got the treatment. Thanks Lisa :)

Visited Lisa due to a recurring dose of Sciatica. This time she treated me with Subcutaneous Needling and I have to say I am a complete convert. It is different to usual accupuncture but for me it was more remedial with the accute pain. Looking forward to my next visit x

I booked in with Forest Massage Therapies for a 45 mins deep tissue massage having had long term shoulder and neck pain. Nicki is highly professional and the suite is perfectly clean and hygienic. As good if not better than any spa massage I have had at a much more affordable price. Nicki found and got rid of knots I wasn't even aware of and gave great aftercare tips and cold bottled water. Highly recommend.
