Yesterday I visited this place for the first time and, oh my goodness, I’ve been to so many places around the world, but this is by far the best place I’ve ever been for a massage. It was honestly the best massage of my life, and I’m sure I’ll be back. I suffer from migraines and have pain in my hands and arms, and the therapist was incredibly professional. I already started to feel so much better after the treatment. Such an amazing place with wonderful service. I can highly recommend it to everyone!

I have had 50+ deep tissue massages from 10+ therapists over the years of being a self employed painter and that was hands down the best. What has really got me is that I have had steroid injections in my wrists for constant pain and nobody other than Andrea has suggested it could be nerve impingement and she said that within 10 minutes into the session. She traced the nerve from my shoulder to the wrist and after working on it I can’t believe how much better it feels. For my wrist alone that’s a big win both physically and mentally and a great start. Can’t recommend this lady highly enough..

Taja is amazing. I always feel so 'held' and restored by her. I had more acupuncture today to help with running injuries and it was just great - as always. So convenient too right in the heart of Croydon!

I fully recommend this type of therapy. You can control the level of pain and how uncomfortable it gets. Everyone I have spoken to is so nice you immediately wish they were your friends. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed no sudden shocks or surprises I am sure together we are going repair the harm done by the NHS due to neglecting me and not giving me the physio when I needed it. Try it and you will see you feel so much better you will not be sorry you tried it.

Best find in Croydon! Have had a couple of different treatments with Taja and they’ve been exceptional. She makes you feel really comfortable, is great at what she does, and is also just a really lovely person!

Acupuncture session 2 to heal my injured knee has left my leg feeling even stronger and me more confident in moving my leg normally. Taj put some extra needles in my hands and feet to help improve my overall wellbeing. Great sports massages, and a great woman. If your an athlete/workout a lot, make sure to get a sports massage. Had a back problem from an accident, and was given a massage with acupuncture. Pain and stiffness was gone within a couple days. All massages I’ve had here have made me better and ready to go. 110% would recommend

This was the perfect, self-indulgent birthday present. My body was scrubbed, manipulated and felt positively rejuvenated by the end of my 90 minute session. I left feeling beyond rested and could have easily fallen asleep while walking home. I look forward to my return visit.

All round excellent. Taj is a consummate professional and I always feel that my healing and wellness are in the safest hands. She took time to listen to the circumstances of my knee injury and then put the needles in strategically to help my healing. I recently had a massage here and overall it was a very positive experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing from the moment I walked in, with soft lighting and soothing music that helped set the tone. The therapist was professional and took the time to ask about any areas of tension or discomfort before starting.
