I’ve had 2 sessions with Mark so far, he’s been treating my TMJ as well as tightness across the right side of my body mostly in my back, shoulder, and hip. After my first session I booked in another two straight away as I experienced instant relief. I was pleased to discover the same after the second session and I’ve seen such an improvement in my jaw in general. Mark has a lovely manner and makes you feel very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The reason for my 5 star rating is. I came in with terrible neck pain and back pain . I took Full Body Posture Adjustment & Wet Cupping Honestly i woke up day after like a brand new man .My pain reduced by 90% Alhamduliah I like how they treat clients by calling them day after the treatment to check how they doing to advise them to keep up with the exercise and do healthy choices in life Once again thank you Bilal may god bless 🤲🏽

First massage with JSB. Jeevan was very attentive and understood exactly where my pain points were and massaged with various techniques and pressures making sure I was okay throughout. I would highly recommend treatment and will book in again.

Very friendly and warm atmosphere. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived, with a warm welcome from Mark. The surroundings were clean and fresh, which contributed to a great session. My treatment relieved a lot of tension and pain in my back, shoulders and neck. There were a lot of knots which were manipulated and released, allowing me a more free-range of movement which I had struggled with prior to the appointment. Can't wait for the next session!!

Every time I see Mark I go in so much pain, mainly with ongoing health issues and I always leave feeling fantastic! This evening we went with a slightly different technique to sort out my back and shoulder pain/wonkiness and I've left feeling on cloud 9! I know this isn't a quick fix but I always feel safe and comfortable in the very capable hands of Mark!

Jeevan gave me a lovely back massage and cubbing session. Jeevan was able to help with the issues I had with my arm and to feel the knots in my back. He eased them out leaving me more comfortable. I felt thoroughly relaxed after the session.
