This was my first visit and Kristen made me feel very comfortable. She understood my issues and explained the treatment process clearly. The acupuncture felt weird initially but not painful. I was so relaxed after 10 minutes that I dozed off! I'm feeling hopeful that I'll notice changes over the next few days.
