I really enjoyed my full body massage. Henry is really good at using different levels of pressure. I have a lot of knots, which can be painful, but Henry adjusted the pressure in such a way that it was less painful but still worked on repairing the muscle. The pain in my lower back also improved lots after this sports massage. Thanks and I will definitely book a session again.

Melvyn is Brilliant at what he does! have used him twice now and both times have left feeling great. A very welcoming amd understanding osteopath I will be using him regular to help me with my shoulder pain along with neck tension and stiffness. After 1 session I felt a difference. His treatments also have helped my anxiety.

Henry asked questions before and whilst doing the massage. The treatment was very good and I'm feeling much more relaxed now. He also reminded me to drink water after as it helps the body to recover. He is a very nice confident person who I will be using again and would recommend

An absolute gem. Incredibly knowledgeable, very personable guy. Eased my neck and shoulder pain - he worked really hard, the relief i felt after weeks of pain was amazing. Excellent price for physio taster session. Very thorough programme for all types of injuries or a bad strain like myself.

Michael has been excellent over the last ten weeks providing excellent massages in preparation for London Marathon, has sorted out any niggles or pain very quickly. Highly recommended and will use him for many years to come, a 10/10 service.

Mike took an very late booking. Which was kind of him as i was in so much pain with my lower part of my back. Within the hour i was there, he managed to get me walking with absolute ease, and loosened the muscles around that area. I walked out of there in with no pain, also with a list of things to do to prevent it from happening again. Absolutely lovely guy, and also listens to you closely so he can determine what the best course of action to take to deal with the issue in hand. Would i recommend… 100% I would. 5* service.
