So...I had my usual ear acupuncture, which was long overdue due to holiday and so badly needed. Another beautiful experience 💕 Mentioned to Fiona that my knee was aching..I pulled my hamstring playing Padel!! So, she decided to put some needles in. All I can say is, it feels so much better, it's still not 100%, but after a few more sessions I'm sure it will be. Such a wonderful, relaxing, energising and calming place to visit. If anyone is a little unsure I would definitely recommend Fiona, she is an angel 😇 😄

Had my first ‘Acu nap’ today with Fiona and it’s honestly a game changer! Im quite an anxious / tense person and thought I would struggle to relax for this treatment and I was honestly very sceptical about weather is would work for me. But I left feeling like I was floating, my brain is the most quiet it has ever been which is such a relief. My tension headache and period pain melted away after the session. Fiona looked after me at every step of the way and even guided me through a lovely meditation, I felt very safe with her. Highly recommend this to anyone struggling with tension or stress.

I did approached Fiona for an acupuncture session, as I have a trapped muscle on my hip area . Second time when I use acupuncture tehnic, and I have to say that from the entrance I’ve been greeted by Fiona, very clean and comfortable atmosphere . We’ve started the session with a professional questionnaire about the previous injuries and medication . After I sat on that very fluffy and amazing bed, to start the session . After 10 minutes of cupping, acupuncture started and have to say she has a really gentle touch to apply the needles. I felt like new after the session , looking forward next w

Have had really bad sinuses so decided to pay the wonderful Fiona Henry a visit. Had 11 needles in the 1st visit and felt so much better but decided to have another treatment. On the 2nd visit I felt my nose 'pop' and felt instantly so much better. For anyone that has never had accupuncture and is experiencing some sort of pain, I would def recommend this lady. She is amazing, very professional and she is so caring.....don't know how it works but it does..Thankyou Fiona 😊

Normally have the ear accu, But this time I had the full accu. Had been experiencing really bad stomach pains and shivering, after Fiona did all her fact finding, she popped in 15 needles all over my body followed by a beautiful meditation. I walked out a completely different person...completely healed!! Once again this lady has worked her magic..thankyou so much Fiona ✨️❤️

Such a wonderful experience! Fiona is truly amazing at her craft, and her attention to every detail is next level. The space itself is so warm and inviting, creating a super relaxing atmosphere. My ear acupuncture treatment and the truly wonderful, deeply relaxing, and calming guided meditation during the session was incredible. Everything else—from the heated blanket and comfortable bed with support for my knees to Fiona's consistent check-ins on my comfort was truly wonderful - 1000 stars! Thank you.

Due to nearly 3 years of chronic illness and little respite from symptoms and with regular medical interventions providing no support and little hope for my future wellbeing, I tried acupuncture with Fiona today. I was anxious as I have a needle phobia but Fiona was gentle, kind, considerate and caring. I felt very at ease and comfortable with the procedure and even relaxed and dropped d off to sleep some stages. . After the session I felt relaxed and calm, with a new found sense of hope for my well-being and health. I can’t wait for my next sessions!
