Went to this session in a lot of pain and fatigue. My intensive TCM session used a mix of acupressure massage, acupuncture and moxibustion and revealed problem areas. Yan listened to my concerns and then examined my body to help me know how to continue taking care of myself after the session. This morning I am in a lot less pain and feel much brighter and have more mental clarity! I am so grateful to Yan and her support in helping me taking care of my body and wellbeing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing – an easy 5 stars! I booked what I thought would be a simple head massage, but it was so much more than that. The treatment was incredibly thorough. She worked on my scalp, ears, eye sockets and so many pressure points and lymphatic areas that I didn't even realise held so much tension. It honestly felt like every acupuncture and lymphatic point in my head and face had been carefully released. I felt so relaxed afterwards that even my husband commented, "Oh my God, what have you done, your face is glowing?" when I got home! #YAN

Was having tightness in my legs and Yan paid special attention to this area but also explained and showed how pain in other areas were connected and am so grateful for her holistic approach! Feeling less pain already :)

Just had an absolutely incredible massage from Yan. I went for neck and shoulder pain and she knew exactly what was required and then some! So precise and methodical, she even helped me with other aspects, such as my hips, that I didn’t expect her to cover. So thoughtful and amazing at what she does. Thank you so much!

Yan, is a very warming, individual. Really seems to understand what's happening in the body. Helped relieve much pressure in shoulders and help with blood circulation through acupuncture. Certainly recommend.

Shared with Yan about recent hip X-rays showing an impingement condition that’s caused osteoarthritis and today’s session may not have been relaxing but it was SO SO WORTH IT! I am in less pain and can move more easily - made a world of difference!

Yan was so lovely & knowledgeable, I felt very at ease. I booked the 2 hour Traditional Chinese Medicine package where Yan really took her time to assess my body & work on specific areas before adding the acupuncture & moxibustion elements. I’ve never had these treatments before but Yan has a very calming energy & I trusted her. I left the treatment feeling much lighter, physically & mentally so I look forward to seeing the results after more treatments. Can highly recommend Yan! Thank you ☺️

Always book to see Yan every 3-4 weeks to help keep on top of my health. She has helped me so much in the past year and I have seen big differences in my circulation and pain management. The intensive TCM session offers a holistic approach to how I feel and Yan always listens to what has been impacting me and tailors her care to it. Highly recommend!
