A calming relaxing session. Starting to feel the benefits of my acupuncture though sadly lockdown is going to interfere with the continued flow as it did during the first lockdown, I will be back with the knowledge that it improves my symptoms and helps me.

I found the whole experience to be fabulous and very professional and thorough, Sarah displayed a wealth of experience and knowledge. Whilst I was having a sports massage for my 'wooden legs', Sarah was keen to not cause too much pain or discomfort, but yet still managed to loosen my legs up. Great treatment and booked again!

Booked for cupping and acupuncture, previously had appointments last year for neck and back pain treatment exceptional Dave asks all the right questions regarding pain before treatment. From past experience would not go anywhere else. Also cuts down on taking painkillers.

Sarah was amazing. I arrived feeling very sore and my body feeling very stiff. I felt my days of kick boxing were doomed and I just wasn't suited to it. Sarah worked with me to ease my aches and pains and to release my joints and muscles. I just knew Sarah would make me feel human again and my inspiration in kick boxing is restored. I will definitely be visiting Sarah often. She's part of my kick boxing journey now. The best sports therapy and holistic session I've ever had. I feel totally relaxed and pain free.

I saw Sarah as a last resort as no one has ever been able to help with my left knee other than to be told by GP its ware and tear , arthritis but no help offered. After a year yes a whole year trying to get my knee pain and swelling reduced (I wasn't expecting miracles) After seeing and being LISTENED to, Sarah treated my knee and afterwards though slightly sore, I have had a full night's sleep and was able to walk downstairs rather than sliding down on my bottom for a whole year 🙃 I'm so grateful 🙏 to Sarah for the prompt and professional help and going above and beyond to help me.
