Comment se préparer à une séance d'acupuncture ?

Essayez d'apporter une liste de tous vos médicaments, suppléments et affections actuels à votre séance pour aider à informer le praticien de votre état de santé général avant qu'il ne vous traite. Il est conseillé d'éviter le café (un stimulant) et de manger au moins 2 heures avant votre rendez-vous, car cela pourrait réduire l'effet de l'acupuncture sur votre corps.
