I normally have massage with Sophie (who is an absolute life saver), but Louis is incredible in a different way. I came in with several specific pain related issues, and by the end of a very thorough session it already made a huge difference. I had much better mobility and no pain with movements that were previously painful. I would definitely recommend Louis.

I walked in feeling broken, struggling to move and breathe and left feeling like I had air in my lungs and movement in my back and hips. Sophie's experience is so extraordinary that she knew exactly how deep to push each part of my body to give me relief.
