My nail artist took her time, paid incredible attention to detail, and gave me the most flawless, precise structured gel manicure I’ve ever had. Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

This was my first experience with the team while being part of a local wedding party, and it exceeded all expectations. Rabia shaped my eyebrows flawlessly, perfectly framing my face. When it came to hair, the girls truly went above and beyond—not only creating a beautiful style, but also sharing helpful tips so I could maintain the look throughout the entire weekend. I highly recommend getting eyebrow, eyelash, wax, etc. treatments from Tanya, she is a great master of her work. The most important thing is that all materials are sterilized there, cozy and beautiful salon, and the specialists are very friendly! Absolutely obsessed with my nails 😍 Everything was done perfectly — from the manicure itself to every little detail. The service was truly WOW ✨ They offered coffee, water, and the whole experience felt so relaxing and luxurious. Even the cuticle scrub was amazing 🫶 And the atmosphere? Simply beautiful. Definitely one of the best nail experiences I’ve had 💅

I was very nervous about getting laser on my face due to having very dry skin, but Tamara was fantastic. She did a thorough consultation and a test spot first to make sure I wouldn't have an adverse reaction. I’m seeing great results after just 2 sessions. Staff are Professional and Friendly. 100% recommend this location.

Absolutely amazing service, as always. The only place I’ll get my nails done! Staff and owner are always kind, helpful, and patient. My nails always come out perfection and never damaged. Really a gem of a spot!!
