Amazing visit this morning for a luxury facial massage, after having had my nails done. Alex managed to release a huge amount of stress in my head neck & shoulders whilst giving an incredible facial massage with super kind & aromatic Tropic products. Am feeling so much better. Relaxed & calm & ready to face the rest of week. About to book my next one in as so important for my wellbeing and helps with my lymphatic system system & for me , my pain. Can’t recommend highly enough the whole range of services from The Beauty Lounge byAlex- 1st class service to treat yourself, thank you ☺️

I had a wonderful experience with Avani. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. Saw Heidi this morning and she was great, she put me at ease and done a wonderful job on a very difficult thing with my lip and nose etc, she’s straightened my nose and filled my top lip after an accident where it had lifted up so she has given me back my confidence again and that is priceless. This was my first brazilian wax so it was very painful but Harshdeep was so kind and patient, constantly reassuring me, apologising for the pain, encouraging me to take breaks, bringing me tissues and water, etc. I'm really happy with the results. The studio was clean and welcoming but the walls to the waxing area were quite thin so apologies to the ladies getting their nails done who probably heard my screams lol. Would definitely recommend :)

Korean lash lift and brow wax and tint today. My eyelashes were not particularly receptive to treatment today but Heidi’s perfectionism and determination won through. Highly recommend Reflect Beauty.

From the moment I arrived, the experience felt welcoming and personal- the owner’s son enthusiastically told me that his mum gives the best facials, and I honestly think he’s right. The treatment room was cosy and calm, with warm towels that immediately helped me relax. I always enjoy my visits to Heidi, and this time was no exception! I was originally booked in for a lash lift and tint, but I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary eyebrow wax. It’s the little touches like this that make the experience even more special. Heidi is always professional, friendly, and meticulous in her work.
