Been to see Claudie twice now and both times I’ve had an amazing experience. My first appointment was for a Korean lash lift and it lasted so well. I’ve now just had a facial and it was so relaxing and had so many steps to it. My skin looks great!

It was my first time getting my nails done by Katie and I absolutely love them! From the moment I arrived she made me feel welcome and relaxed. The salon was really easy to find and she sent information over regarding the location which was helpful. Katie is so so lovely and her salon is gorgeous! Will defiantly be re booking and look forward to all the cute and fun nail designs 🤍

It was my first time at Pretty and Polished today. Katie sent directions on how to arrive at her location. Happy friendly made sure I was aware of what I booked prior to treatment occurring. The treatment I had was a microdermabrasion facial. I would highly recommend. Thank you Katie

Claudie is a great therapist. Made sure to ask what I wanted to achieve with my facial and took her time to choose the right products that I needed for my skin. Pressure for the massage was perfect and she was very attentive to make sure it was good through the facial. Really relaxing and my skin looks glowy and feels great!

I had a wonderful hydration facial by Claudie today. It included a choice of head or shoulder massage which was totally unexpected. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed, her room is cosy and welcoming. All in all a fantastic experience, I left feeling totally pampered. 😀

I had a brow lamination with Claudie yesterday and would highly recommend to others. She took time to ask me what I wanted, explained every step of what she was doing and took her time. I had an amazing experience at Pretty And Polished. Katie was so warm and welcoming from start to end. I was a bit nervous as I’m a nail biter which is quite embarrassing but Katie never made me feel uncomfortable or like I was a nightmare client with hard to work with nails, she was so gentle throughout the whole process and done such an amazing job with my nails. I absolutely love the finished results and the service that Katie provided. I’ll definitely be recommending Pretty and Polished, and will go back again.
