I had my first waxing appointment in just over 4 years today, and I was honestly quite nervous after a previous bad experience where I was left burnt, with wax everywhere and hair still remaining. My experience with Magda completely changed my perspective. She was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived, taking the time to talk me through each step of the process. She regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and offered breaks if I needed them. I’m so glad I gave waxing another try, this was such a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend her!

Such a beautiful cut from Catalina. My hair is thick so I asked Catalina for lots of layers, body and bangs – and she absolutely delivered! I love a big, bouncy blow dry and that’s exactly what I got. The movement, the shape, the volume… everything sits perfectly and feels so light yet full at the same time. Magda is AMAZING! My first time having intimate waxing and already planning my next appointment. She talked me through the process, was very gentle and patient and was so lovely. I was so relaxed during my leg wax (not my first ever, but first with Magda) that we joked about having a quick nap. Her studio is beautiful, peaceful and most importantly; spotless. I felt completely at ease through my entire visit and will absolutely be returning in the future.

I had such a great experience with Hair and Beauty Hub, thanks to Sukhi. She is incredibly warm and friendly, while also being very professional and clearly amazing at what she does. I had waxing, eyebrow threading, and gel nails done, and I was so happy with every treatment. Everything was done with care and attention to detail, and I felt completely at ease throughout.
