Kate was very knowledgeable about what I needed and what was wrong and how to fix the tightness in my calves, I've been to physio in the past but nothing had worked till I got the massage and been able to relieve the tightness, 2 weeks till my next appointment but I could have lay there all day, definitely something I'll be repeating monthly

I had the best three hours at P&P with Gemma this morning. I was after relaxation so started with an hours guided meditation and finished with an hour and a half mind and body balance. Pure bliss, Gemma you are amazing Thank you x

Another great experience at the groomers today. We have a cockapoo and found it hard to keep him looking good and relatively matt free. I've started taking Max to Wendy every 4 weeks and alternating a wash and blow dry then a groom. It's working really well and he always feels so soft and smells divine after his visit. Highly recommend Wendy

After my third session with Joanne at the zen academy I can honestly say she runs a supreme service. Thats very unique and select to the needs of her clients. I'll definitely be back in the future when I need some more reiki healing, and would suggest her to anybody in the area who's wanting her healing treatments 🙏

I had a lovely reiki experience with Joanne. She has a wonderful energy and really takes the time to get to know you, so you get the most out of your treatment. I left feeling lighter and relaxed and will definitely be going back for another treatment soon.

Can’t rate my massages highly enough.Kate has really helped my back and shoulders. Anyone having problems with back or shoulder pain book an appointment as soon as possible. I would recommend 100/percent .
