I’ve had quite a stressful time of late, work and home life, this stress has shown up in problems with my body, pain, inflammation etc. Karina’s expertise and skill helped ease my pain, reduce inflammation and get me back on track to feeling better, stronger mentally and physically. I love coming to Karina. I have several LTCs incl. hypermobile ehlers danlos syndrome and experience pain and fatigue daily. Karina has a unique technique that I have not found in anyone else. She gets right in there, like finding a needle in a haystack. In particular ive had an elastic band snapping sensation / pain in my upper back / shoulder area causing much discomfort. Karina has focused on this area and its moved from consistently there most of the day to fleeting every now and then, and down in intensity. Karina has such a warm and calming presence and really helps me relax. Thank you ♥
