I went have my nose pierced. I was nervous but Jade put me right at ease. She explained the cleaning process and that I can return in 6-8 weeks to get a hoop fitted.

Absolutely A star, couldn't fault the service at all, Jade made sure I was feeling comfortable as it was the first time having my septum pierced and guided me through what would happen, she made sure I was ok to carry on to the next piercing afterwards too! Thank you x

I can’t recommend Jade enough. She creates such a comfortable, reassuring atmosphere and is honestly one of the loveliest people you could trust with a needle. She’s knowledgeable about ear anatomy and is honest about what will work and what won’t. She offers thoughtful alternatives rather than just doing something for the sake of it. A genuinely skilled piercer who cares about getting it right. ❤️
