We had the absolute best experience with Emily! She was so kind, patient, and gentle while piercing my daughter’s ears. She explained everything in a way that made her feel calm and confident, and you could tell she truly cared about making it a special moment. Emily’s professionalism and warm personality made the whole process easy and fun. The earrings look beautiful, and my daughter left with the biggest smile. Emily took time to discuss what I wanted, marking and changing positions of my piercings until I was happy with them. The piercings themselves were done efficiently in reassuringly sterile conditions. Excellent aftercare advice.

Emily was so lovely from start to finish - from squeezing us in to her busy day, to calming down my slightly nervous daughter. She took her time to explain all the stages of the ear piercing and carefully and meticulously reassured throughout. The end result was fab and fairly pain-free, I believe! I would highly recommend Emily for ear piercing. A beautiful job and a happy child 😁

From start to finish, Ashley was amazing. She fitted me in at short notice, worked around my schedule, and made the whole process effortless. During my brow lamination, she talked me through every step, checked I was comfortable, and made sure I left with results I loved. What really stood out was her honesty she advised against a lash lift as I still had a previous one present and didn’t want to damage my lashes. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely prioritises care over profit. Lovely conversation, spotless environment, and a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend! True chefs kiss.
