Highly recommend Empress Piercing in Caerphilly, I wouldn't take my daughter anyone else..

After having my ears pierced with Empress caerphilly last year, there was no where else I'd take my daughter for her ears to be pierced. My daughter was quite nervous, but was totally put at ease, and was talked through the whole process. Can't recommend them enough. She's now looking forward to booking her nose piercing.

I’ve had a few piercings done at Caerphilly branch and they have always been welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to. Today I Popped into the branch to have a jewellery change, they were so helpful with this. I have been recovering from an operation I had 8 weeks ago and Emily was so welcoming to see me and as always was asking how I was doing with my recovery, this meant a lot as the girls here at empress always take the time to get to know you and ask you how you are doing. Emily especially always goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had my nose pierced at Empress, Caerphilly. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They made the experience very comfortable and took the time to explain after care treatment thoroughly.

Lovely, Emily is a lovely girl talked me through it and what she was going to be doing piercing was done amazing wouldn't recommend any where else to get piercings!

Just had a helix piercing from who I assume is Kourtney- whom was very outgoing and welcoming which helped to reduce anxiety. I noticed certificates for people with first time piercings which I thought was very kind. Kourtney had communicated very well when it came to the piercing and in addition had offered me a stress ball beforehand. The piercing wasn’t painful whatsoever and was done in a jiffy. My ear had been sanitised in preparation and sprayed with saline solution after the piercing, and the piercer had worn gloves. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for any future piercings!

I had my 2nd ear lobes pierced here and the experience was lovely- sounds weird saying that about getting pierced but the environment is comforting and the staff are very lovely (I believe my piercer was called Emily and was extremely nice!) and talk you through everything and answered all my questions. Also cheaper than other places I’ve had piercings done but still high quality! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing!

Kourtney was great! She explained that the anatomy of my ear was not suitable for the piercing I initially chose and pierced my new choice quickly and (relatively) painlessly. I will definitely use Empress Piercing again.

They were so friendly and put my anxiety at ease didn't rush me to pick what jewellery I wanted and made sure I understood how to look after my piercing and that I can call or go down there if I have any concerns

Awesome! The studio is stylish, clean and very professionally run. The girls working there are absolutely Lovely. My daughter is type 1 diabetic, which can be problematic with piercings, but they proved their knowledge and advised me accordingly, were super reassuring and no problems at all. They couldn’t have done better Testament to that, I have since gone back to get her ears pierced a second time and had no hesitation choosing them to pierce her nose too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Top class service from an Epic team.
