Well, where do I start. This was my very 1st time, having my ears pierced with Empress Piercing, Bridgend. Due to illness of my original piercer, Tia, I had Tom from the Cwmbran studio come down to cover her. I was very nervous, having not had piercings done with a needle before, but I needn't have worried. Tom put me right at ease, explained the process thoroughly, and answered all questions throughout, he was so caring and such a laugh, the process was next to painless, with only a slight pinch as the needle went in. I loved the earrings, which Tom helped me pick, and can't thank Tom enough

I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my piercings Ricki is a master of his art The range of stock and the quality are second to none. I was spoiled for choice with all the different pieces he stocks. He also gives great advice about the placement and practicality of each piercing.

Its been about 19 years since I had a piercing so I i was very picky with who I went with. I came across Empress Piercing Bridgend who have amazing reviews. Although I had decided on Empress Piercing being the place, I then had to decide who would be the right person to pierce my nose. After some research and reading amazing reviews, Tia had to be the one for me. Tia welcomed me into the shop with a smile and made me feel relaxed. She explained the process and advised me on where the best place was for the piercing. Before I knew it, my nose was pierced. Thank you, Tia, i appreciate you!

The team in Bridgend were absolutely amazing. I had such a friendly welcome as soon as I set foot through the door. Tom was really clear when he explained my piercing and made me feel calm and relaxed the whole way through. It didn’t hurt at all and I absolutely love my new rook piercing. Thank you!

My 2nd visit to the Bridgend studio, after, through my own fault, my earring front fell out and got lost, Leah came to the rescue and replaced it for me, in record time. She was so lovely and extremely professional, and my earring was replaced in no time at all. She was also able to answer any questions I had about preventing what happened, from happening again, lets just say I need to learn my left turn from my right turn haha, the way I described the process of tightening the earring, to get it clarified, would have you in stitches lol, but at least now, I know I won't get it wrong lol 🤞🙏

Got my third lobes done today! I was weirdly nervous but Ricki put me at ease straight away. This was my third time getting pierced at Piercing Co. It is the best place I’ve ever been pierced, having gone to chains and small studios alike across Bridgend, Cardiff and Bristol. Ricki just knows what he’s doing and you can just see that he’s a master of his craft. I have full faith in him to do a great job every time, highly recommend, thanks Ricki!!

I’ve had several piercings done by Ricki over the last two years and he has always been amazing. He takes the upmost care with hygiene, your comfort and ensuring that the piercing placement is perfect!

Really friendly and what I love about this place is that you don’t feel intimidated in anyway like some other piercing shops. Only thing iv found is that iv bought a few pieces of jewellery now and hat it fitted, it’s either fallen off or has been ill fitting and has caused a reaction so I then have to come back and re-purchase. I’d have way more piercings if I didn’t have to fall out after twice/three times for little things like that. But today was great & she was honest with me about my discount & didn’t need re-piercing. Really appreciate that. Will be back for more soon…. If all goes well

10/10, Ricki is an absolute angel. I was nervous about getting my snakebites done but he calmed me down straight away and explained everything from start to finish, making sure I had no questions before starting! First time using Empress Piercing and I had such a positive experience. Felt totally relaxed and comfortable the moment I walked in. I had my daith on both ears pierced for migraine relief, Ben was so understanding and I felt very much seen and heard with my migraine issues. I was also reassured by the fact that Ben has trained specifically for migraine piercings which made me feel totally at ease. Piercings look absolutely amazing too! I will be back for more jewellery and piercings 100%. Could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much.

Ricki was very friendly and put me immediately at ease! He showed me the difference in quality between jewellery and measured the ear piercings I had already had done elsewhere to make sure the ones he did were perfectly placed! Very happy and already can’t wait for my next piercing!

When i got to the store I was pretty nervous to have my piercings done as I always am but last time I had my septum piercing in Empress Piercings and had an amazing experience so I decided to come back. My piercer was Georgia who completley exceeded my expectations of this appointment! Georgia was attentive to my needs and worries, talkative and extremely helpful not to mention how precise and quickly my piercings were done! I 100% reccomend Empress Piercings. Had a double piercing on one lobe to match older piercings on the other side. Ricky was awesome and very professional. Cleanliness, hygiene and attention to detail were brilliant. Would totally recommend. If I choose to have another piercing, this is where I'll come for sure.

For my daughter’s birthday, she had her ears pierced. The employee took their time to ensure she felt comfortable and happy throughout the process. Great care was taken to ensure the piercings were symmetrical, and everything was handled very professionally. After the piercing, the employee patiently explained the aftercare and made sure my daughter was completely satisfied.

Tia is a piercing angel. I had the BEST time getting 2 new piercings. The studio is beautiful and spotlessly clean and Tia was friendly, chatty, funny and supportive throughout. I’m so happy with my piercings. I’ve already recommended Empress and will be back again ❤️

It was brilliant, Tia was so good with my daughter for her first piercing. She was friendly, patient and kind and made my daughter feel relaxed and listened too. We also had Leah (both ears at once) and she was lovely too!
