i was impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the warm greeting i received, however i was concerned about being the only ones there at the time so I couldnt feel totally relaxed for safety reasons. I was hoping for a more spa experience as far as smells, quietness as everything was more cheap perfume fragrance and I heard double music. I was also looking for more headspa experience with more relaxing head massage and water massage. The technician was very sweet and respectful of my time and non speaking which I requested. I wish i could say more but i did leave feeling somewhat underw

The experience was more than great. I am ever so grateful that these amazing ladies first of all took the time out of their schedule to do my services to prepare for my husband coming. I just had a wonderful experience getting the Zombie facial and head spa. I wanted to treat myself as Mom and business owner and did not leave disappointed. It was very relaxing and you can tailor it to your focus points. At the end they do photos of your scalp so you can see how it looks and I was offered advice for my dry scalp. I wish I could do this monthly. Definitely a treat.

Marie has been my esthetician for the past 3 years, and the consistency, care, and results she delivers are truly unmatched. First time trying the Japanese Head Spa here and I loved it! The Zen Senses Headspa was so relaxing, safe, and restorative. My technician was attentive, always checking if the pressure and temperature were good. The combination of scalp, neck, and shoulder massage with the herbal steam and hydrating treatments left me feeling renewed. I might choose this over full body massages from now on. Just be aware they only have one bathroom and no space to do hair or makeup afterward, so plan ahead. Definitely recommend!

Today was our first time at a head spa. My daughter and I had a great and relaxing time. Very nice treatment rooms and therapist were very sweet and accommodating. I’m glad we chose this location. Also love that they offer multiple services! Plan on going back soon!

Amazing experience for my first time. I was so relaxed and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Zoe did an amazing job. She showed me before and after pictures of my hair and scalp as well after the herbal head spa treatment I got. Definitely coming back 🫶🏻🫶🏻 she also surprised me with a happy birthday sign as well. 🥹

We enjoyed three herbal head spa treatments for a friend’s Galentine’s Day! Chloe was the ABSOLUTE BEST, she makes the whole process a dream would definitely return. Amy worked with a friend, who had nothing but good things to say. I would suggest communicating what is comfortable or changes to be made, since this is your experience and they will accommodate. If you have curly hair I would suggest you discuss that prior to appointment to make sure the service meets your needs and you have a relaxing time. Drinks, snacks and stellar service!
