I visited Invita Spa in Costa Mesa and honestly I’m absolutely in love with the whole experience. From the moment you walk in, the service and the interior already make you feel relaxed and taken care of. The attention to detail is incredible. The head and neck massage was amazing, and the scalp cleansing was done so well. I actually fell asleep twice during the session — it was that relaxing. It was also the perfect atmosphere to fully disconnect and even meditate a little. Such a beautiful experience overall. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to truly relax and reset. ✨💆

I had a great experience at Invita Head Spa in Costa Mesa. Booking was fast and easy. I booked the basic scalp massage treatment with Lynzie and it was super relaxing from start to finish. The atmosphere was calming, the staff were very welcoming, and my scalp felt so refreshed afterward. Lynzie did a great job at making sure she was clearly explaining the whole process. Definitely a great place to unwind and take care of your scalp health. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Best luxury experience. Cannot recommend this beautiful place enough. Super clean. Very friendly staff. Skilled and knowledgeable. The massage chair working its magic while your head is going through the head spa is incredible- literally head to toe.

The space is so serene and aesthetic, you feel relaxed right when you walk in. The whole experience was super calming. I literally felt like I was levitating in the vibrating chair while getting my head massaged. The pressure is very gentle, but you feel really pampered. They don't use nails or scratch your scalp, which I actually appreciated, it feels more like skincare for your head. Would be such a good Mother's Day gift or a cute self-care/girls day. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.

My first visit to Invita Head Spa in Costa Mesa felt like stepping into a serene, luxurious retreat. The space is beautifully designed, and the staff were warm and welcoming, even letting me choose a custom scent. Ariel was incredible—she began with a relaxing neck and shoulder massage, then deeply cleansed my scalp while maintaining a soothing rhythm throughout. It was pure bliss. She finished with soft styling, and I left feeling refreshed, with light, cloud-like hair. Truly an elevated experience—I’ll definitely be back!

I received the Basic scalp treatment today and it was incredible. Invita Head Spa is truly one-of-a kind. The attention to detail they give make it such a good experience. My therapist today was Lynzie, her massage was amazing and her gentle touch was so appreciated. I highly recommend booking with her. My scalp and hair feel incredible! Thank you 😊

I almost never leave reviews but this was truly an amazing experience, start to finish. Not only did I walk in with very oily hair and walk out with incredibly clean hair --- the whole experience was luxurious and peaceful. I will absolutely return.
