Tashia was so nice is explaining the sauna/cold plunge room to me and sharing her own experience with acclimating to the plunge since I was a first time user. It was a very relaxing and comfortable experience and something I will definitely do again. I loved the privacy of having the room to myself for the session and doing things at my own pace.

Madelyn was great! I went to see her for a 30 minute prenatal massage at 40 weeks + 4 days. I felt relaxed right away. Was exactly what I needed while waiting for labor to begin.

It was nice. I suggest that she lower her main light in the room to contribute to the relaxing ambiance. I also suggest at checkout, you have an iPad/screen showing the customer the costs of services and the option to add gratuity through the screen - not verbally in the office. Thanks :)

The sauna/cold plunge experience was a rush and pretty addicting! My body feels amazing after and the all around control you have over time spent in the sauna and cold plunge tub makes this so much more relaxing!! I will be back for more!

It was relaxing would be nice to have a big fuzzy blanket to curl up in as well as some soft music. Your new heater was kind of Loud clicking on off during entire session. I felt relaxed after the treatment despite that.

Korie always does a wonderful job!! She is so attentive and knowledgeable of the service and takes her time to make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have been getting dermaplaining for years now and this past year I switched over to Lux Spa and Korie. I love the prep process, the product used to keep my face calm, the red light therapy and either a scalp massage or hand massage while the red light therapy is on. This service is well worth the money and time!!

Loved, loved, loved the cold plunge and sauna!! I felt refreshed and so invigorated!! My only feedback would be a) someone was drilling on the other side of the wall (I know WIH has no control over that), so it was not super relaxing for the first 10 minutes, and b) I would use this service A LOT if there were evening or Friday times available. Having to take paid time off from work to enjoy this was a bummer. 😕 That said, if I could swing the time away from work, I’d love to do this again! Thanks, Charisse

Korie is the best. She truly cares and wants the best for your skin. She’s very knowledgeable and only uses the healthiest products that really deliver. It’s always a relaxing, wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
