I recently visited Spa Central Batam and had an amazing experience with Aya. From the moment the session started, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled at what she does. Her massage technique was strong, consistent, and very relaxing — exactly what I needed after a tiring week. You can really tell she has experience and passion in her work. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. Definitely one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Batam. Highly recommend requesting Aya if you visit Spa Central Batam. Will definitely come back again!

For our wedding anniversary, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a full-day spa experience, and it was nothing short of amazing, largely thanks to the incredible skills of our therapists, Dianty and Angie. By the time our treatments were finished, we felt like we had been transported to another world. Our skin was glowing, our muscles were relaxed, and we were completely at peace. We cannot recommend Dianty and Angie highly enough - they are simply the best! . The lunch was a perfect addition to the already magnificent spa experience. Overall, it was a delightful experience!

I had a massage and facial treatment here yesterday. The therapist was professional, and her techniques and service were excellent. The entire treatment was comfortable and relaxing. However, I think the environment could be improved. Whenever I was just starting to fully relax, I could hear the sound of equipment being moved and bumped around in the room next door, which disrupted the overall experience. Better soundproofing or noise control would make the experience even more enjoyable.

I had a full-day spa experience at Spa Central Nagoya and it was absolutely amazing. My therapist, Tuti, was incredibly professional and meticulous throughout the entire session. Every treatment felt thoughtful and well-executed, and I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep a couple of times. I had such a wonderful experience here! I tried the massage, body scrub, manicure, and hair spa with Rere — semuanya memang best dan sangat memuaskan. Massage dia sangat relaxing, tak terlalu kuat dan tak terlalu lembut, memang cukup untuk hilangkan lenguh. Body scrub pun wangi dan buat kulit rasa super smooth lepas tu. Manicure sangat kemas, detail, dan warna pun tahan lama. Hair spa pula memang favourite — urutan kepala dia buat terus rasa ringan dan fresh. Service pun sangat friendly, professional, dan buat kita rasa selesa dari mula sampai habis. Definitely Will come again.

A must visit Spa when I come to Batam. All staffs are very professional and polite as well as helpful. A 2D1N package is very relaxing and comfortable as they take care of everything from arriving at ferry terminal to departure from hotel. All transport provided by SpaCentral and your are driven by Yus, a helpful and efficient lady. Fantastic services by Spa Sentral Baloi. All their staffs are friendly, clean and comfortable environment. Dianty and Martha’s massage skills were great, just the right pressure and on point. My husband and I had full day massages, facial, classic pedi and head spa. When the driver sent us back to the hotel, we were refreshed and felt relaxed.
