I had the Zen Headspa Ritual with Facial & Foot Massage today at The Healing Salt Cave and it was honestly one of the most relaxing spa experiences I’ve ever had. The aesthetician explained every step of the service so there were no surprises. The pressure throughout the scalp massage, facial, and foot treatment was absolutely perfect. The head spa treatment itself was amazing, the scalp massage, steam, hair mask, and shampoo felt so luxurious, and my hair feels unbelievably soft and refreshed afterward. The facial left my skin glowing. The entire experience was a 10/10 .

The Zen Head Spa Ritual with Facial + Foot Treatment was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The entire experience was so relaxing and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect escape from everyday stress. Every detail felt luxurious, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated, both mentally and physically. If you’re looking for the ultimate self-care experience, I can’t recommend this enough. Absolutely incredible! My guest and I booked the Zen Head Spa Ritual with Facial and Foot Treatment, and it exceeded every expectation. The staff were warm and professional, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and every part of the experience felt luxurious. The scalp massage was unforgettable, my hair felt amazing, and my skin was glowing after the facial. I left feeling completely refreshed and can't wait to come back. Easily one of the best spa experiences I've ever had. Highly recommend!

I recently had the head spa experience at Healing Salt Cave and it was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calming and peaceful—it felt like an instant reset. Brittany was very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable and relaxed every step of the way. The head spa itself was incredibly relaxing. Every step felt intentional and soothing, and I could literally feel the stress melting away. I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience. First time here and won’t be the last. Had a very relaxing session in the Salt Cave and loved the Japanese Head Spa treatment. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, they explain all treatments before beginning.

I had a very relaxing massage. My shoulders were tight and sore when I walked in. Coming out I felt amazing. Stefania is very nice. She used hot towels and did some neck stretches. I feel very relaxed. When you leave the give you a water bottle, And tell you to take it easy and keep hydrated. Nice touch

I had the most incredible experience at this salt cave healing spa. From start to finish, everything just felt peaceful, intentional, and honestly… a little magical. I started with a float session, and wow — it was like my whole mind and body finally exhaled. The salt cave was absolutely beautiful and so calming, and I could literally feel the tension melting out of my shoulders. The hands and feet detox was the perfect finishing touch. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed in a way I haven’t felt in a long time. A great place to truly unwind and reset!

I gad a great experience today! As always the sauna is a must. I tried something new for me, I did the Healing Balance Head, Face, and Foot Ritual with Maya. Maya did such a good job explaining everything. So relaxing that I took a little nap, lol. Highly recommend this for maximum relaxation.

I treated myself to a head spa at The Loft in Niagara Falls with Krystal, and it was pure bliss. The space is gorgeous and calming, and Krystal’s touch is truly magic. I left feeling completely relaxed, recharged, and reset …the perfect birthday treat! If you’re looking for a hidden gem to unwind and indulge in some serious self-care, this is it. Highly recommend asking for Krystal, she’s amazing! ✨

I did the Diamond Head Spa treatment for the first time and it was a 10/10 experience. The staff were very knowledgable and friendly and the spa itself was beautiful. The treatment was extremely relaxing and I’m already looking forward to coming back and enjoying it again. Highly recommend!

An amazing spa day! Everyone was so nice, and the rooms were so nice and clean. I did a facial and scalp massage. Totally felt relaxed and comfortable. Loved that they had the beds warm for you so you were not cold.
