I had such a wonderful facial experience! Joanna was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how attentive and caring she was throughout the entire appointment. The facial itself was so relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterward. This was my first visit, and I’m usually very careful about where I go for my skin. But from the start, I felt comfortable and reassured. Joanna took the time to go through my intake form and asked detailed questions about my routine, lifestyle, diet, and products before starting anything. The consultation felt very professional. i have felt this relaxed before .
