Leanne has a beautiful manner about her from the second you walk into the salon. She explained everything about my skin needling treatment in depth and made me feel relaxed even though this isn't necessarily the most relaxing treatment. She made it fun! I look forward to seeing the results of my skin needling and visiting again in a few weeks.

Sujika was fabulous and very thorough with a lovely energy. She walked me through the treatment and explained the product that would be used to treat my hair prior to checking my scalp. The experience was bliss - Sujika ensured that each part of the treatment was balanced and even, with no more time spent in one section than another. Perfect massage pressure, gentle throughout when needed, and a really good drying technique. I left feeling so relaxed and zen. 10/10.

I last came to Tokyo Head Spa when it was located in Salon Lane and I did not have a good experience. However, I received a gift voucher for the new location and it was amazing. The chair becomes a bed so you are lying almost completely flat. The whole experience was amazing - firm pressure in the massage and Kloe was excellent. Highly reccommend giving their new location a try.

Nuntida Chanpitikul as a therapist was excellent, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and provided a tranquil, peaceful time - I was able to relax and enjoy myself - it was very lux. However the customer service, booking system and organizational aspects prior to seeing Nuntida - absolutely terrible.

Leanne, you are amazing. I loved my visit this afternoon! I had a facial plus an eyebrow tint and wax, and everything was spot on. The facial was super relaxing and my skin felt amazing afterwards. My brows turned out perfect — great shape and colour. I left feeling fresh, pampered, and very happy. Would definitely recommend and will be back! Next month...already booked!

This was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had!! I had a DPL Milky Laser treatment done and was so worried about feeling pain/discomfort during the process but I was so relaxed that I could have fallen asleep. Zero pain, zero discomfort or ‘pin pricking’ and my skin is GLOWING!! Nya at reception was so welcoming, offered me water or tea before my treatment and throughout the entire process Ann my therapist asked if I was comfortable. Would 100% recommend for treatment and I’ll definitely be coming back! Excited to see my results over the next few weeks - thank you x

I had the Korean Mummy Firming Facial today. I have dry skin and also wanted a relaxing facial. The whole expense was amazing. From the greeting at the front desk and bringing me through to the beautiful treatment room. My beauty therapist was incredible!! She gave the most relaxing facial including a face massage and shoulders massage. I didn’t think I would relax as much as I did. And my skin is absolutely glowing! Thanks so much!! Highly recommend :)

The receptionist and the beautician who did my facial were both very lovely and professional. The clinic was calm and quiet, which made the whole experience very relaxing. Had Pico done for some pigmentation and I’m honestly surprised at how much clearer my skin already looks. The facial was super relaxing too, probably one of the most comfortable ones I’ve had. Nothing felt rushed and the whole experience was really easy. Would definitely come back.
