Such a relaxing and luxurious experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was so calming, and the Japanese head spa treatment was incredibly soothing. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed, with my scalp feeling so clean and my hair soft and healthy. Shannon was so lovely, professional, and made the whole experience feel so special. I had the most relaxing facial with Em, she really knows how to pamper you! If you are wanting to book something you can relax and have some you time, I highly recommend booking a facial with Em, you are forced to switch off and just unwind.
