Such a relaxing and luxurious experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was so calming, and the Japanese head spa treatment was incredibly soothing. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed, with my scalp feeling so clean and my hair soft and healthy. Shannon was so lovely, professional, and made the whole experience feel so special. I can’t recommend Serenity Room enough, I’ll definitely be back!

The best and most relaxing treatment I've had in a long time. This treatment was so much more than just a hair spa, it was a truly relaxing experience with a neck, shoulder/chest massage and rollers used to relax the face as well. Thanks so much Shannon!

I had the most relaxing facial with Em, she really knows how to pamper you! If you are wanting to book something you can relax and have some you time, I highly recommend booking a facial with Em, you are forced to switch off and just unwind.

The hair spa experience felt like pure indulgence. It was super relaxing and with the add on of the blow wave my hair looks and feels fantastic. I highly recommend the Serenity Room, will be going back for further treatments.
