I had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed my Swedish massage as part of my birthday celebration. It was a relaxing and memorable experience. One area that could be improved is customer service. Upon arrival, I didn't receive a particularly warm welcome, and I felt that the initial interaction could have been more inviting. However, the team member who assisted me at the end while I was making my payment was exceptionally kind and welcoming. 10/10 experience! It was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve had and exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and was able to completely switch off. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so much better than when I arrived. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

The overall experience was Good. The therapist were friendly, personable and professional. The “Good” and not “Great” rating was simply because the receptionist was not very welcoming and not very personable. She didn’t smile, she mumbled her words so it was difficult to understand her to the point where we felt like we were disturbing her day. I’m a somewhat regular customer (everytime I’m in town i use your services. Whether it be a massage, scrub lymphatic drainage massage and I’ve even started underarm laser treatment. Having a lively, welcoming receptionist would be a plus. Ty
