Jaclynn does the Lord’s work. The difference in my skin after her treatments and tailored skincare routine is unbelievable. I’ve had a lot of facials at a lot of places (including high end spas) and they do not compare to Jaclynn.

I had an amazing experience getting a facial again at elva esthetics! Linsey was knowledgeable, explained every step of the process, and tailored the treatment to my skin type. The products used felt luxurious, and my skin was glowing by the end of the session. The environment was clean, calming, and beautifully set up—exactly what you’d want in a skincare clinic or spa.

This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. Thank you Jaclynn!

This was the first time for a Korean Glass Skin Peel, and it won't be the last. This facial is like no other I've experienced. The products used and the manner in which Jake applied the peel were very soothing, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and rejuvenated. Skin brightness and glow are obvious. Will definitely be adding Jake's Korean Glass Peel to my microneedling regime.

Samantha was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my laser treatment. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was smooth and much easier than I expected. ​I thought I needed a Botox top-up, I was wrong! Antonia showed me it was unnecessary; I was already fully treated! She expertly identified my issue was with my skin, not my Botox. A less professional place would have just taken my money, but Antonia guided me to the Alumier HydraGlow Gift Set instead. I'm absolutely thrilled! I am a new client and after a number of treatments, I can honestly say how pleased I am to have found an esthetician that I trust unconditionally. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and professional, not to mention kind and understanding. In addition to maintaining the health of my skin, Jake has adeptly treated skin discolouration resulting from abrasions due to a cycling accident. The salon is welcoming, immaculate and serene. Well worth the drive from Toronto to Hamilton! Jake is truly my new BFF.
