I could not possibly recommend this woman highly enough. If you need piercings done, you don't need to go to anyone else. She brings the Long Island fire to Rochester without a doubt.

She always goes above and beyond with every single one of my appointments whether it be lash extensions, waxing, or even my latest lash lift that I just got done. She's talented at lash designs that suit your face and also talented at designing lashes that you describe and want to try out. Maya did an amazing job with my lashes. As an asian girl with monolid eyes, I often struggle finding lash artists who know how to work with my eye shape and straight lashes. She customized the lashes exactly how I wanted them and explained her ideas and her suggestions using her expertise. She was so kind throughout the whole process with charismatic hospitality. It was so refreshing! I highly recommend her services ♡

Andie was absolutely amazing with my newly turned 5 year old! She was kind, patient, and very thorough with her explanations. She talked to my daughter, as well as me, throughout the whole experience. It took a lot of coaxing to get my daughter ready for the second ear, but Andie is very quick and comforting. 10/10 for first ear piercing!

Andie was absolutely phenomenal with my 6 year old who was nervous about getting her ears pierced! She gave her time, space and respect, keeping her fully informed each step of the way. Andie needed less than 5 minutes to do her job but spent not a minute less than what my daughter needed in order to feel comfortable. We were there for nearly an hour and she earned my daughter's trust instantly. She also took her time going over aftercare instructions with me, explaining everything with great detail as well as offering her guidance at any point during the healing process, should we need it.

Andie was amazing with our 8 year old getting her ears pierced. Did everything at my daughter's place, and explained everything very well. The fun atmosphere and Andie's energy made my daughter very comfortable and we will be bringing our other daughter there when she is ready. Would absolutely recommend her.
