I had an amazing experience with Charney for my lash service. She is incredibly talented and pays great attention to detail. My lashes look absolutely beautiful—full, neat, and exactly how I wanted them. Not only is she skilled at what she does, but she also creates a very comfortable and welcoming environment. Her conversation was great and made the appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and the quality of her work. Definitely a 10/10. Walked in on time left on time. My lashes look GREAT. Definitely will be rebooking. Atmosphere was so good I took a great nap. Definitely recommend!!!

The service was great! Everyone was so kind, and professional, but personable. So it wasn't weird or uncomfortable having multiple people around watching and learning. I got my eyebrows shaped and tinted with henna, and my lashes lifted and tinted. My eyebrows and eyelashes look great! I love them! It was my first time having ever done anything with my lashes. The only think I have to say, and it isn't a big deal I just know for next time, is that I wish I had been asked what level of eyelash lift I wanted. I love 3D Lash & Brow, they always take great care of their clients, but the last few times that I’ve gone, I was unable to have my favorite lash tech do my lashes and that was a bummer because I love my girl, but Alexandra Ramirez did my lashes this time and she did an absolutely gorgeous job!

I'm so impressed with the treatment my daughter and I received today at 3D Academy. Amy did my first ever lash extensions, customized them to my personal needs, treated me so kindly, did such a lovely job (seriously pretty lashes), was patient when I needed to use the restroom mid session and reassured me when my anxiety kind of reared its head later in my appointment. Not only that, every guy/gal we came in contact with was professional, kind and helpful. One particular woman/student stood beside me and held my hand for awhile...simply amazing sweetness and caring. I'm not a high maintenance…
