First time to the studio. April 2024. Clean and sterile environment. Received by friendly staff. Went for ‘dark lip neutralisation’ by Andrea. She is very experienced, calm and steady. All the traits you seek from an artist. The process was minimal pain with the miraculous numb cream. Recovery is also alot less dramatic than expected, as long as you follow the do’s and don’ts as advised. Overall happy with the outcome as I was not looking for something too dramatic. Will recommend to friends and family.

Doing my first annual touch with with Ms Daisy. She is so caring and carefully did it for me as I told her that I am afraid of pain. In the end, I didn't feel much pain! Thanks so much Daisy. And I love my eyebrows now. ❤️

My whole experience at Browserie with Andrea was nothing short of amazing. Friendly and attentive by nature. She listened to my preferences and created a new pair of brows specially for me. I’m very glad I managed to correct my previous bad PMU. The whole process took a year plus to complete as I had to undergo multiple laser removal sessions. Byebye red brows, hello BOMB BROWS !! Highly recommended ! 🩷

no doubt my go-to lash hub!!! i started off as a customer to Hanees and love love love her work - her quality of work is also translated onto Jojo's and Mary's - both of them have done up my lashes and i love every set. i would also like to highlight Mary's work on my recent Babygirl sets - the retention is crazy.... 1.5 months in and I still had more than 50% of my lashes. i'm only afraid i can't get enough of this and part of my monthly salary from now onwards is always gonna go to Lashery KL :p

Peace & tranquility as soon as I stepped in to Dash. Everything from the deco to the waiting lounge was well thought out. Service is impeccable, always with a smile and casual to put anyone at ease. Did touch-up for my eyebrows with Mary May. She’s attentive, listens and provides professional advise through every stage. We spent some time drawing and adjusting until I was satisfied which took awhile, but she was intent in ensuring that I was happy and ensured she helped me clear my doubts and confirm my decisions. Very happy 😊
