The girls in the salon are really nice and friendly. Kelly who did my lashes & brows was really sweet. I didn’t feel rushed & she recommended a few things to have done in the future & explained it all to me. I also had a free hand massage from one of the trainees which was lovely! Will definitely be going again for a brow tint & false lashes which Kelly recommended.

Maria is a perfectionist! She has created such a lovely space and the high standard is set once you step through the door, through to the end of the treatment! She gave a bespoke treatment after listening to what I wanted and I loved the results. Would highly recommend, Maria should be your go to for anything brows and lashes related!

When I got there it was my first time there and getting lashes done I was welcomed by the owner at the door I walked in and it was such a relaxing beautiful atmosphere beautiful work environment salon spotless and had a thoughly professional service done with a very knowledgeable lady I can't be happier with the results I have hooded eyes and she knew exactly what would suit me and reach my expectations she's also a good talking therapist! Lol listening to all my life dramas I left feeling pampered, happy, glamorous and relaxed and happy in the knowledge I just found my new local lash tech.

What an absolute gem Olivia is! I am over the moon with my lashes and brows. First time having lamination, and I am beyond amazed at how they look! Lashes are perfect also! Had the eye trio with Yamini. Lash lift/tint, brow tint/wax/threading. Had it done a few weeks ago and they are still looking great. Lovely, friendly and professional service. Very happy customer 🙂

Absolutely fantastic! A long-overdue platinum hydrafacial & it exceeded all my expectations. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the products and the treatment. I also had an LVL lash lift and tint and wow, I honestly feel summer ready after just these two treatments! My skin feels and looks so much brighter already. The clinic itself is calm, spotless, and welcoming. Jodie took such good care of me,I actually ended up falling asleep, I was that comfortable! Can’t thank Jodie enough for her professionalism and the high quality of service she offers. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely lash appointment. My lashes look great and I felt really comfortable the whole time, even being pregnant. She was kind and made sure I was at ease. The appointment was finished in two hours, which was exactly what I wanted.

The ladies (and -Henry🐾) were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I had my first lash lift , with tint (absolutely terrific result) eye brow tint and shape (perfect) and high bikini wax (clean as a whistle) . I will definitely be back. Maria is amazing at what she does, her home salon is warm, inviting and a calm clean environment so you can relax and enjoy your treatments. She’s also a perfectionist and won’t rush your appointment until everything is just perfect. I was extremely happy with my brows and lashes, as a short lash girl and someone who has tattooed eyebrows Maria literally worked miracles on me. She is the lash and brow queen. Also the lash bath you get with Maria is a real treat! I will certainly be returning. Thank you Maria. I would give 10 stars if I could xxx

Had my lashes done and brows laminated by Lauren, first time appointment, directions spot on, lots of parking, warm welcome and beautiful relaxing room, Lauren was friendly and made me feel relaxed. The room was lovely and air con was a brilliant touch in the heatwave. I felt so relaxed I had a little nap. Very happy with my lashes and brows and will definitely be booking in the future! I am absolutely in love with my new lashes! I went for a Hybrid set and the results are even better than I imagined. The technician was so meticulous and made sure every lash was perfect. As it was my first brow lamination and korean lash lift, I was nervous, but Maria made me feel completely comfortable and reassured throughout. I was initially surprised by the transformation, but I absolutely love my brows they’ve never looked better and my lashes are absolutely amazing! The treatment was super relaxing and the salon had a lovely calming feel. The ginger shot and chocolate made the experience feel extra special. Thank you Maria. I can't wait to come back.

Been going to the Beauty Shack for around 6 years now and I still haven’t written a review! The girls are absolutely lovely, flexible and accommodating and always make me feel comfortable. All services are top notch, from lashes to brows to nails, and at great value for money. I moved away last year and still refuse to go anywhere else. X
