First time using Kats Claws to have my eyebrows waxed. Was made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as I stepped in. My concerns were taken into account and each step was explained to me. Sophie is amazing, she makes sure she knows what I like/want beforehand and I always love my lashes ! She freehanded my most recent set and they are my absolute faves so far. I trust her so much with my lashes and brows!! 100% recommend !!!
