Kim is truly exceptional. She is the owner and therapist at The Brow Artist, and her work is immaculate — and I say this as someone who is very picky. Her brow shaping is consistently flawless, and her lash work lasts far longer than anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. Her technique is the best I have found. I’ve been seeing Kim for over two years now, and the standard of her work has never dropped. On top of that, her space is calm, welcoming, and beautifully run — it always feels like a reset when I’m there. I wouldn’t trust my brows or lashes to anyone else.

Just got my lashes done and I’m honestly obsessed! 😍 From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calm and welcoming. The lash tech (the beautiful Mpho) was super professional, explained the whole process to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The application was so gentle I fell asleep half way through the process! When I finally looked in the mirror, I was blown away. This was my first time visiting Kirby & Teen and I'm very pleased with my experience. I had a brow was, shape and tint (I don't trust anyone with my brows and Kiana made it look perfect) I also got my first set of lashes done and WOW. Kiana is so talented and I can see why she's always fully booked. Such a neat and clean environment and staff are very friendly and interactive with clients. Very happy 10/10

A true luxury experience is defined by how service is recovered and refined. While my initial nail appointment fell short, the manager’s personal outreach and commitment to making it right immediately stood out. On my return, I enjoyed brow lamination, hybrid lashes, a gel fill redo (kindly not charged), plus a foot massage and scrub. The results were impeccable—my nails are the best quality I’ve ever had, and my lashes and brows are beautifully done. Five stars for the care, professionalism, and elevated standard of service. This is what luxury should feel like.

Genuinely the best experience i’ve ever had, the customer service and aesthetics is a 10/10, not only that but honestly the best in business when it comes to lashes and eyebrows, they will give you exactly what you want without it causing any irritations either, when i went for the first time i didn’t hesitate to book another appointment. The comfort is amazing overall, the lash technicians are extremely friendly and bubbly and so enjoyable to be in their company. If you’re looking for a new lash technician this is the place to be!❤️

Fast and friendly. Little story time, I've been here for about over 2 years now and bookings were full at the time I needed to do eyebrows urgently for an event as I grow a whole unibrow very fast and I mean my brows will grow so quick, long and full within 3 weeks, went to another eyebrow parlour and messed my eyebrows up and came to adapt and fixed my eyebrows again. Always a good experience with Qaanita for classic lashes and henna brows plus brow wax. Minor hiccup with waxing my eyebrows (thin skin got slightly irritated due to prescription retinoid use) but Qaanita had good and open communication about what took place and what might happen post-service. I always appreciate Qaanita's artistry, attention to detail and skill and will remain a repeat customer.
