Pennie is really professional and very welcoming. She applied the right amount of pressure and really got to the problem. She also gave me some great advice on what I should / shouldn't be doing, to aid the healing process. I am confident my massage will have helped with my hamstring injury.

I have been to Pennie 3 times to try and ease the stiffness around my right knee following a total knee replacement. Her knowledge is second to none and I can honestly say that although the massage hurts a little and is sore for a couple of says afterwards it has really helped me. She has also taken the time to explain the best excercises for my knee .

This was my second visit to Pennie to try and help with stiffness in my right knee. Her knowledge and experience is second to none. She listens to the issues that you have and uses her vast experience to massage the relevant area to hopefully ease any pain or stiffness. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been visiting Pennie for around 6 months as I initially had a problem with my neck, this has now completely gone thanks to the sports massages and physio plan that Pennie created for me! I continue to regularly attend appointments to keep my muscles in check and find it massively helps my mobility and recovery post exercise. Pennie is very friendly, professional and helpful and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my sports massages!

A nice experience. I had a number of things that needed looking at. Pennie knows her stuff and wasn’t too hard on me. She made lots of notes and worked on the areas that needed working on. She offered sound advice and exercises to follow along with strapping the problem areas. Fingers crossed for the recovery. Would definitely recommend.
