Cam killed it again!! Yall gotta book an appointment. She's the only nail tech I've been to that actually takes her time and asks if you genuinely like your nails as she goes to make sure you get the best service possible!

Always have such a great experience here. I’ve gone to several nail salons in the Orlando area, and Flexi is the only one I continue to come back to. All techs are very friendly, and so kind. I would and have recommended their services to my friends in the area, and anyone who asks about my nails.

This is the best nail salon I have found in Orlando. After going to so many other salons and just being disappointed in the way my nails looked, I am so happy I found this place! I have been coming here for about a year and a half and every single time I get my nails done here I leave very happy. Tracy is the best! She pays so much attention to detail and makes sure that you leave her chair very happy! I highly recommend coming to this salon every nail tech here is amazing and everyone is so friendly!

I’ve been on the hunt for “My Nail Lady” for years in Orlando, and I’m thrilled to have met Amy! She slayyyys! She’s incredibly meticulous and her retention is incredible! Her manicures last me 3 weeks and probably would last longer if I wasn’t so eager to change designs. I constantly get so many compliments on my nails, and always recommend Flex-I!

This was my first time getting my nails done in Orlando and I do not think I’ll be returning to Flexi-I Nails. The nail tech that I had removed my previous dip/tips already on my nails by quite literally RIPPING them off. She clipped my nails in order to lift the dip and tip and then took a fake nail and swiped it underneath my nails to rip them off. There were some that were more stuck than others, which she pulled on even harder!! I even flinched one time since it hurt and all she did was look up at me. First and foremost, I have gone to Flexi about 4-5 times since I have moved to Orlando as just a walk-in customer and literally EVERYONE does an amazing job! They are true professionals with happy welcoming energies. I was impressed by Amy’s nail work with her nail designs I had seen on ig so I decided to book her as my nail tech since they started the booking system on Booksy. As expected my nails and color came out BEAUTIFULLY. What’s even better is, Amy was very kind, sweet and patient. I will never go to another nail shop!

I’m pretty hard on my nails and, whenever I get gel x from other salons, they pop off in a few days. The gel x from flex-I, however, last me 3-4 weeks every single time! They are always beautifully done as well. Every time I’m in Orlando, I go out of my way to make a trip to this salon.

great environment, everyone is very welcoming and the online appointment system works very well and is very efficient. And since I found this place I have been always excited to see the outcome of my nails and they never disappoint. I live in Tampa for school but definitely travel over to Orlando more often to get my nails done here.

I used to come here consistently when I was in school at UCF! I graduated 2 years ago & haven't been back to the salon since - until this past weekend. I booked an appointment for a wedding I was attending in Orlando, hoping that the salon was still as great as it used to be. IT IS! Always SO CLEAN, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, ON-TIME, & TOTALLY WORTH THE $$. This will always be my go-to spot in Orlando.

I came to Orlando Friday night and had booked my appointment before even leaving Michigan. When I first walked in I was greeted with this precious “hey babe how can I help you” the environment, the energy, the giggles. It was a great experience. The booking process confused me as far as pricing but it wasn’t a big deal. Jenny was so kind and funny I love my fingers and toes and feel human again! Thank you!!!!

First time ever at Flexi and I had such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was inviting, and all of the providers were so kind and welcoming. The spa was immaculately clean which is huge for me! My boyfriend even ended up getting a pedicure, and he loved it too. Lily was my nail tech and she absolutely killed my set, my nails look incredible, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments! I’ve already prebooked my next appointment because I can’t wait to come back. 💅🏽

Cam is a rockstar nail tech! Not only did she give me a fantastic pedicure and beautiful Gel X nails, but the salon was impeccably clean, and everyone there was incredibly welcoming. This was my first visit, and I'm already hooked! Cam's attention to detail and willingness to educate me on Gel X made the experience even better. I was excited to go back here because last time I went I really liked my nails. And my nails still look great this time, but the service was extremely disappointing - the utensils used on my hands were used and not sanitized, including the sanding band and nail file. - My nail tech OPEN MOUTH coughed on me through the whole appointment.
