I recently relocated from Washington, DC and was VERY nervous about trying out a new salon, here, in Harrisburg, PA. To my surprise, I got one of the BEST haircuts I’ve ever had in my 32 years of life. I will definitely be recommending John to the people I know and I will also be a regular client of John’s moving forward!

Always a pleasant experience with exceptional cuts. Kids cuts are always exactly as they are wanted, if not better. Adult cuts done with superb quality and attention to detail.

I have been staying in the area with family for a few weeks and needed a haircut. I must say I am beyond thrilled to find Capital Cuts! Nathan listened to what I wanted which was a switch from the classic bob I had and he did an amazing job giving me the shorter layered look I wanted. Nathan is also a great conversationalist and we had a thoughtful chat as well. Without a doubt if I was local, I would be a regular here. Capital Cuts is truly a gem in downtown Harrisburg!

Just had my first haircut experience in Harrisburg after moving from California in recent months and this did not disappoint. John respected my input and was very detailed yet efficient at the same time. Highly recommend!
