Jess (and the whole team) are very welcoming. I had biab nails and a luxury pedicure and it was a lovely relaxing experience, great music playing. Really happy with my beetlejuice inspired nails! I love the decor and there's so many little details to look at! A little bit of calm and pampering out of a long and hot Friday. Highly recommend The Looking Glass & Jess. Lucy, has the best rainbow of fabulous nail polish I have ever seen. My nails look amazing and they last for ages no chipping, perfection every time. Great shape and always look on trend. I would Highly recommend Lucy!

Gemma is so knowledgable and skilled - I had a manicure and pedicure and my hands and feet have not looked so good in a very long time. She uses the best quality products and processes to support good nail health. Highly recommended.

The best nail tech you could ever ask for, Meg is always up for the challenge of any ideas I bring along, executing designs fantastically, her nail art skills are second to none. The nails she does are super sturdy and I never have to worry about lifting either. Plus she's a wonderful person to be around, I always look forward to our appointments!

Wonderful as always. I had the last appointment of the day and genuinely can’t remember the last time I laughed that much… I think I went in for nails and accidentally booked a therapy session with a live comedy show. Of course, my nails are stunning, they always are, but it’s never just a nail appointment. It’s equal parts glam, therapy, and stand-up. I always leave feeling like a valued customer and a slightly better human, with fabulous nails as the bonus.

Claire is absolutely amazing. I have switched from my previous nail and brow salon due to the luxurious experience, Mirror Mirror offers to their customers. The girls have class, they're dedicated to their craft and they're very polite - all attributes someone expects from a Shrewsbury nail and brow bar.
